考研英语复试流程如下：
1. 报到
一般来说，需要考生至少提前半个小时到达指定的复试面试考场，会有专门的工作人员安排复试面试考生在候考室等待，进入候考室后，工作人员会告知各位考生考场纪律，不同院校复试情况不同，部分比较严格的复试面试考场，还需考生上交自己的通信工具，随后等待通知进入考场。
2. 候考

3. 进入考场
轮到考生进入考场时，将由工作人员提前通知即将面试的考生做准备，前一个考生面试时，候考室的工作人员会通知下一个面试考生做准备并由工作人带领或自行进入面试考场。
面试考场内除了导师和考官外，可能还有记录员、监督员等其他面试人员，主考官一般都是考生报考院校专业的学科专家或是负责人等，会对考生说面试导语、提出问题、要求考生进行题目抽签或是和其他导师、考官一起进行随机提问等。
4. 答题
