专升本英语零基础怎么学习？

一、单词
英语复习首先是单词，就谈一下背单词的方法吧。简单归纳，就是：划掉认识的词，重复次数要多，速度要快。具体做法就是：用一本英语单词书，拿来从第一页开始，每天15页。拿一个小卡片来挡住每个单词旁边的汉语注释，如果一看就知道意思的，那么毫不犹豫的划掉它，这样下次看的时候就无需看这个单词了，节省时间。每个单词都可以这样测试，遮住汉语注释，回忆一下，不知道的就留着，然后把手移开，看下汉语意思，稍微记忆一下即可，然后下一个单词。
这里要注意，一定不能在一个单词上留太多时间，只在脑子里过一遍即可，要注重速度，而不是记住多少，因为你现在即使记住了，时间长了就会忘。所以前几遍只要对每个单词混个脸熟就行了，这样反复循环，一天大概15页，第二天再把前一天的快速过一遍，一本书有20多天就过完一遍了，每一遍都要把认识的词划掉，大概到第5遍的时候，应该会达到至少一半的单词认识，这需要2-3个月吧。
还要纠正一个误区就是默写单词，千万不要写单词，其实单词只需认识即可。写单词很费时间的，速度很重要，这种方法是长期性的，一旦记住了就不会忘，因为有无数次的重复。只要单词背熟了，阅读神马的问题不大。

二、阅读
很多人不清楚什么时候做阅读，这是与自己的单词量有关。一般来说，过5遍单词就可以练习阅读理解了。一般做50多篇就可以做真题了。刚开始要把文章都看完再做题，在看文章时你会发现好多当天背过的单词，如果你之前已经记住那些单词的话，那种感觉是极好的。做题后不要注重对了几个，而要把不认识的单词通通标注，顺便记一记，因为这时候你的主要任务还是单词。然后适当看看每道题的答案解析，了解下错在了哪就行了。
真题练习的话一天做一篇或者两篇吧，要精读，方法和上面说的一样，但态度要更认真一些，适当研究一两句长难句，对每道题可以想想答题技巧之类的。
这一阶段后，仍然只做阅读理解，但是要一次4篇一起做，而且要掐时间做，要有模拟的感觉，在80分钟内做完就行。然后对答案，接着继续精读，对照翻译自己在心里一句一句翻译一遍，不认识的单词要特别记忆了（这阶段依然要每天过单词书，每天先单词，后阅读）。
