For my part, devoting me to experience social practice would be my positive idea. Only after you suffer a lot can you feel the happiness of success, and we can also lighten burden of our parents a little, by the way.
Finally, standing here at the beginning of the 21st century, I do suppose that, as an adult, we can examine our conscience with family, country and the whole world. I am trying my best to be sensitive, sensitive enough for responsibilities. 　　一直以来，在校大学生谈恋爱都是一个让高校德育工作者颇感棘手的敏感问题。从最早“在校期间，不准谈恋爱”的明文禁止到“不提倡、不反对”的普遍默许，卿卿我我，你侬我侬的校园情侣一直是大学里一道特有的风景，而由之带来的一系列不良倾向日益凸现，成为高校德育工作无法回避的重要课题。
　　一、大学生恋爱中不良倾向的主要表现
　　1、功利色彩渐浓。人们常说，校园里的爱情是最纯洁、最真诚的，喜欢就是喜欢，爱就是爱，这种不搀杂任何物质利欲的真、纯是你走进社会后谈恋爱所无法拥有的。但曾几何时，社会上所谓的“唯物”、“拜金”、“实用”主义之风让这一方“净土”也开始变得浮躁和功利。“白手起家、共同打拼”的爱情被更多的大学生们视作一个美丽的童话，他们对未来生活的规划日趋现实。对方对于自己今后的发展是否有足够的“利用价值”，对方的家庭背景、钱财等等能否成为自己通向成功、享受安逸的捷径成为恋爱的首选条件，“因为我爱，所以我爱”的神圣而纯洁的校园爱情开始蒙上一层实际而功利的外衣。
　　2、虚荣心理膨胀。真正的爱情是心与心的碰撞、情与情的相悦。但在谈及为什么谈恋爱时，一些大学生们却认为能交上朋友是自身能力和魅力的体现，“没人爱”是让人瞧不起的。而且为了显示自己的本事，一味追求面容姣好、经济富裕的恋爱对象，而不关心彼此是否相互爱慕；为了要面子，博得旁人的艳羡也满足恋人的虚荣，不顾自身的经济能力和水平，花钱大手大脚，看电影、进舞厅、下馆子、送生日礼物，都要讲排场、摆阔气；更有甚者，以频繁更换恋人来充分展现自己的魅力“不可阻挡”，玩世不恭的“快餐式”恋爱成为一种炫耀的资本。
　　3、对“性”的轻视。西方“性自由、性解放”思想的影响以及当前社会中鱼龙混杂的性文化的泛滥和长期以来性知识教育的淡薄，使得大学生们的性观念发生了显著变化。从最初“犹抱琵琶半遮面”的羞涩到现在花前月下搂抱亲吻已构成不文明的校园“风景线”，默许赞同婚前性行为、预支性行为、主张“试婚”的大学生不在少数。一些大学生对婚前性行为的不以为然和无所顾忌令很多高校德育工作者莫名惊诧。什么时候还“遮着”、“藏着”的“性”在大学生看来已让人“脸不红、心不跳”，如此司空见惯？
　　二、大学生恋爱中不良倾向带来的消极影响
　　1、破坏了美好爱情和幸福生活的基础。著名作家雨果说，人生有两次出生，头一次是在开始生活的那一天，第二次则是在萌发爱情的那一天。可见，爱情是一种多么崇高的感情，两情相悦，心心相印，同甘共苦，相濡以沫，美好的爱情是幸福生活的源泉。任何功利主义的私念都是对这种美好感情的亵渎，也破坏了恋爱者获得美好爱情和幸福生活的基础。建立在“实用”主义基础之上的“功利性”爱情是不会牢固和长久的，任何风吹草动和人生突来的变故都会使之顷刻间崩塌。而且，恋爱观其实也是一个人世界观、人生观、价值观的折射，恋爱中的投机取巧对大学生的身心健康成长极为不利。
　　2、经济压力沉重，违法违纪现象增多。大多数在校大学生都还是纯消费者，学杂费、日常花销主要靠父母、家庭供给。但虚荣的“攀比”心理让很多大学生恋爱者花钱如流水，逢年过节礼物不能少还要上档次，平常聚会吃饭不能寒碜要翻花样，自己的女（男）朋友绝对不能比别人寒酸要时尚，而这些都需要“钱”来支撑。恋爱带来的沉重经济压力让“攀比”者不堪重负，有的甚至铤而走险，进行偷窃和诈骗。同时，校园中因恋爱争风吃醋而打架斗殴更是屡见不鲜。违法违纪现象的增多严重败坏了校风校纪，也给当事人造成了终生遗憾，因之被警告处分、勒令退学甚至绳之以法，“十年寒窗苦读”一朝化为乌有。
　　3、引发心理问题。大学生年龄一般在17～22岁左右，这个年龄段的学生经历逆境与磨难比较少，心理虽然正快速趋于成熟，但又尚未完全成熟，心理承受能力十分有限。恋爱中一旦感情受挫，自尊心和自信心将受到沉重打击，很容易产生心理问题。郁郁寡欢、意志消沉或陷入纠缠与报复之中不能自拔，有的甚至看破红尘而轻生。
　　4、恋爱道德意识和法纪意识淡薄。校园垃圾里随处可见的安全套、大学生在校外非法租房子同居、有的女生因怀孕而被“勒令退学”，更多的大学生对“性”的轻视和错误认识，损害了爱情的尊严和圣洁，污染了校园文化环境，严重影响了大学生们身心健康正常发展。
　　三、加强对大学生恋爱问题的正确引导
　　1、积极帮助、引导大学生树立正确的恋爱观，教育大学生增强恋爱的道德责任感。性生理和心理的发展，使大学生谈恋爱成为一种较为普遍的现象。作为高校教师，特别是高校的德育工作者必须要清醒认识和积极正视这一问题，并加以科学地教育和引导。要一改往日放任自流、“出了问题才处理”的被动工作局面，变被动解决为主动预防，可利用课堂教育或邀请恋爱、婚姻方面的专家来校开展定期或不定期的专题讲座、举办丰富多彩的校园活动、组织同学们就恋爱问题展开专题讨论等，引导学生树立正确的恋爱观，慎重选择恋爱时机，以纯洁的动机、高尚的情操、文明的行为审慎对待自己的爱情，用学业的目标去引导爱情的航向。要让大学生们明了任何从功利思想出发，把物质条件放在第一位，希望从恋爱中获得“靠山”，为日后就业和发展创造条件的行为，都是缺乏恋爱道德责任感的表现。
　　2、大力开展心理健康教育和心理咨询工作，引导大学生保持健康的心理。要将心理健康教育渗透到高校教育的各项工作中，改变心理咨询工作坐等来访、流于形式的被动，积极主动地深入大学生之中，可通过个别访谈、问卷调查、发放宣传手册、开辟宣传专栏等灵活多样的方式，为学生提供恋爱心理方面的咨询机会和条件，及早发现问题、解决问题，及时疏导大学生恋爱中的一些不良倾向和有害心理，倡导健康文明的恋爱方式和行为。
　　3、切实加强大学生的性健康教育，引导大学生正确地认识“性”、理智地对待“性”。“谈性色变”的时代已经过去，与其提心吊胆害怕出问题，还不如换个角度主动出击、积极预防问题的出现。学校可通过开设性健康教育课程，把性知识、性道德、性法规结合起来，对大学生进行性知识教育，让大学生们了解两性性生理、性心理的差异，纠正大学生们在恋爱与性问题上存在的模糊认识和错误认识，引导大学生充分认识“预支性行为”对双方、对学校及社会造成的危害性，学会自爱也学会爱人。
　　大学生谈恋爱已经成为当今大学校园里一个不可能回避也无法回避的客观事实，而大学生恋爱中出现的不良倾向及带来的消极影响更是不容忽视。作为高校德育工作者，对此必须要给予充分认识和高度重视，并加以正面教育与积极引导。认知如镜，照之则明；情感如水，导之则畅；理念如山，立之则稳。只有直面大学生的恋爱问题，正确加以引导，让没有涉足爱情的大学生全身心投入学业，已经拥有爱情的大学生把恋爱变成学习的动力，才能让风华正茂的大学生们妥善处理好爱情与学业、爱情与友谊、爱情与婚姻的相互关系，理智而健康地对待爱情和自己的未来。
