In the context of the intensification of the aging trend of the population, the importance of smart health and elderly care services is becoming increasingly prominent. 随着中国经济的迅猛增长与社会结构的深刻变革，人口老龄化问题日益凸显为社会发展中的重大挑战。浙江省作为全国人口密集且老龄化程度较高的省份之一，面临的老龄化压力尤为显著，养老服务需求也随之日益增长。在这一背景下，智慧健康养老服务的重要性愈发不容忽视。作为一种新型服务模式，智慧健康养老以其高效、便捷、个性化的特点受到广泛关注，它通过深度融合现代科技与传统养老服务，借助信息化、智能化技术显著提升养老服务的品质与效率，成为应对老龄化问题的关键策略之一。尽管其他省份如河南省在智慧健康养老领域已取得一定进展[1]-[3]，但仍面临众多挑战。
