1.First,put the artwork title and tags in the txt file,text rule like:title*tag,tag,tag…

2.Second,put PNG thumbnails(1200*1200px),source file and title tags txt file inone zip file.

The files should be:

Source files format we offered PSD/AI/EPS/CDR,anyone of them.

Thumbnails size 1200*1200px,PNG only.

Compressed package with zip mode only.

Same naming PNG,source file and txt file.

1.First preparing 3 work files,each work should be one PNG thumbnails (1200*1200) and one PSD source file in one folder.Make sure thumbnail,source file and related folder same name (1,2,3) of each work.

2.Text the 3 works title and tags in one txt files,rules like:

Pic1 title*tag,tag,tag

Pic2 title*tag,tag,tag

Pic3 title*tag,tag,tag

3.Put 3 folders and one txt file in one zip file.

The files should be:

Source files format better with PSD.

Thumbnails size 1200*1200px,PNG only.

Compressed package with zip mode only.

Same naming PNG,source files in every folder.

Choose the category of the artworks and then add the zip files to start upload.

When finished it will sign “Upload task completed”,and from the right table you can see the status of your uploaded works.

Tip:

You can upload bulk files in one time but don’t forget choose the category about works.

The total size of uploading works should be controlled under 10G.

EPS in CS6 or an older version is acceptable.

The Color Mode must be set to RGB.

3.1 Live tracing:Vectors designed using Live Trace are permitted if they are presented organized and tidy.Vectors made using a Live Trace that has not been cleaned up will not be accepted.The exception to this is high quality scanned images of watercolor,ink,grunge effects,etc.(the author must own the rights to the original image).

3.2 Organizing layers:The layers must be arranged properly,using various layers if necessary.The names of each layer must be written correctly in English.

3.3 Fonts:All fonts used for the designs must be free for commercial use.The fonts can only be outlined in the following circumstances:- When the style and shape of the font is an essential part of the design.- In the case,the font has an effect applied to it that does not allow the text to remain without being traced.- If the font is created by the same author as the design.Texts that do not fall into these categories must remain editable so our users are able to use them correctly.

3.4 Rejected designs:Images in a previous selection,sex,and violence content will not be accepted.

3.5 Content associated with holidays and important dates:A resource is most visible when it has just been published.That is why the latest publications must take it into account important holidays,festivities and events.Once the holiday is over,designs that reference this theme won’t be accepted until the date comes around again.FOR EXAMPLE Halloween illustrations in November will not be accepted.

3.6 Content that has already been published:It is not permitted to send in content that is already published on the website.

3.7 Texts and languages:If the design contains messages or texts,it is preferable that these are in English.With the exception of messages relating to holidays or events in specific locations,countries or cultures.

3.8 Repetitions:Content that has been duplicated in various designs will not be accepted.A design is not considered different from another if all that has been modified is the position,the color or the size of the elements.Designs must have substantial differences between one another.It’s important that the designer makes sure they are not sending in duplicate content.

3.9 Plagiarism and copyright:Designs that’s too similar to others in concept or technique will not be accepted.In the case a published design is thought to copy or plagiarize the content of another author,it will be removed immediately.This infraction is very severe and if committed by any user,the offer of collaboration may.

COLOR MODE:The accepted color mode is RGB.Accepted color profiles are SRGB and Adobe RGB.FONTS:If there is editable text including in the document,the fonts should be free for commercial use.
