Donald Trump shared a series of artificial intelligence-generated photos via his Truth Social account over the weekend — falsely claiming that Taylor Swift and her fan army of “Swifties” endorsed his 2024 presidential campaign.

On Sunday, the former president reposted a doctored poster of Swift that was created to look like the iconic “I Want You For the U.S. Army” recruiting flyer featuring Uncle Sam front and center.

“Taylor Wants You to Vote For Donald Trump,” read the graphic, which was placed atop a manufactured image of Swift, 34, standing in front of an American flag wearing patriotic gear.

“I accept!” Trump captioned the post.

The 78-year-old also shared a series of what appear to be fake pictures showing the “Karma” singer’s fans wearing “Swifties For Trump” T-shirts.

“Swifties Turning to Trump After ISIS Foiled Taylor Swift Concert,” read one of the images, originally shared to a far-right X page.

The headline referenced the recent terrorist plot targeting the 14-time Grammy winner’s concerts in Vienna, which resulted in the cancellation of all three of her Eras Tour shows in Austria’s capital.

While one picture of a woman wearing a “Swifties for Trump” shirt was reportedly real, the seven other images of fans wearing similar shirts were made with AI.

Although there was a red “satire” flag warning on one of the image collages, it’s unclear whether the Republican nominee knew he was sharing doctored images.

However, upon learning Trump reshared the image on Truth Social, the original X poster explained how they use satire — or, in this case, fake images — “from time to time” to “make a point or just to get a laugh.”

Along with adding a satire tag, the X user noted that the images are not real in the ALT text for photos.

Reps for Swift and Trump did not immediately return Page Six’s requests for comment.

Despite a small subset of MAGA Swifties, many of her fans blasted the former president for his “desperate” attempt to stoke support from her fanbase despite her political leanings.

Swift has spoken out against Trump and other Republican lawmakers several times over the years.

Despite avoiding politics at the beginning of her career, the “Cruel Summer” singer backed US Senate candidate Phil Bredesen, a Democrat from Tennessee, in the 2018 midterm elections.

In her Netflix documentary, “Miss Americana,” the singer explained to her team why it was important for her to speak out against Bredesen’s opponent, Marsha Blackburn, whom Swift called “Trump in a wig.”

“Back in the [2016] presidential election, I was in such a horrendous place that I wasn’t going to pop my head out,” she said at the time. “These aren’t your dad’s celebrities, and these aren’t your dad’s Republicans. … I need to be on the right side of history.”

Although she was warned about potential backlash from Trump, the singer insisted that she didn’t “care” and was set on endorsing Bredesen.

“If I get bad press for saying, ‘Don’t put a homophobic racist in office,’ then I get bad press for that,” she said in the documentary.

A few years later, Swift threw her support behind Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential election, slamming then-opponent Trump for “stoking the fires of white supremacy and racism [his] entire presidency.”

Although the pop star has yet to endorse a candidate for the 2024 presidential election, even Trump previously acknowledged he was unlikely to win her support.
