New User Registration:Clickthe New User Registration(PhD and Other Doctoral Degree, Master & Postgraduate Certificate Programmes) if you are new to the OnlineApplication System.Toregister, please provide your full name in English alphabet (which mustbe identical to your identification card/passport), identification card/passportnumber, mobile number and a valid email address. Youwill receive a reference number (e.g. 2xxxxxxxx) and password via email.You will need to use such information every time when you login to youraccount throughout the whole application procedure. If you fail toreceive the email within 2 days upon completion of your onlineregistration, please contact us on Tel: (+853) 88224898 or via email:gradschool@um.edu.mo. Loginfor Registered User: Tologin, please click the ‘Login for Registered User’ and enter the ‘Ref.No.’ and ‘Password’. You can always refer to either the email or SMS forthe said information for logging in to the system.Pleasebe reminded that you will need to provide the ‘Ref. No.’ and ‘Password’whenever you wish to access the online application system. ForgotPassword: Youcan refer to the email or SMS message for your login ‘Ref. No.’ and‘Password’.Ifyou forget your password, please click ‘Forgot Password’ and enter the‘Ref. No.’ and ‘Email Address’. The new password will be sent to yourmail. ChangePassword: Ifyou would like to change your password, please click ‘Change Password’and enter the ‘Old Password’ and ‘New Password’. Re-enter the ‘NewPassword’ again, and you will receive an email confirmation on the changes. 建立申請人戶口： 新登記之申請人，請按新申請(哲學博士及其他博士學位,碩士及學士後證書課程)請以英文字母輸入申請人全名(必須與身份證/護照上登記之姓名相同)、身份證或護照編號、手提電話號碼及有效之電子郵箱 ，以建立申請人戶口。 成功登記之申請人將收到確認網上戶口之「參考編號」（格式為2xxxxxxxx）及「密碼」之電郵及短訊。申請人須妥善保存該戶口資料以登入網上報名系統。如登記後兩天內未能收到有關電郵，請電郵gradschool@um.edu.mo或致電（+853）88224898查詢。 登入申請人戶口： 請按「登入我的申請」鍵，然後輸入「參考編號」及「密碼」。申請人可於電郵及短訊內查閱有關訊息以登入網上報名系統。於每次登入網上報名系統時，申請人必須提供「參考編號」及「密碼」。忘記密碼： 申請人可於本校發出之短訊或確認電郵內查閱有關網上戶口「參考編號」及「密碼」。如忘記密碼，申請人亦可按「忘記密碼」鍵，輸入「參考編號」及「電郵地址」，新密碼將寄至申請人之電郵信箱。更改密碼： 如更改密碼，申請人可按「更改密碼」鍵，輸入「舊密碼」及「新密碼」再輸入一次「新密碼」，申請人將收到電郵確認已更新之資料。填寫網上報名表格： 申請人於填寫網上申請表前，必須細閱重要事項內之資料，然後按「同意」鍵，方可填寫報名表。當申請人填妥網上報名表格後，請按「提交」鍵遞交表格。未提交之報名表格將不獲處理。如申請人成功遞交網上報名表格，將會收到本校發出之確認電郵。報讀博士學位，碩士學位及學位後證書課程之申請人，於遞交網上報名表格後，所填報之課程不得更改。逾期之申請將不獲處理。確認申請： 申請人將收到通知個人申請編號（XP-CX-XXXX-X）之電郵。未獲分派申請編號之入學申請將被視之為失效。如於兩天內未能收到上述電郵，請電郵gradschool@um.edu.mo或致電（+853）88224898查詢。更改個人聯絡資料： 申請人如需更改個人聯絡資料如聯絡電話、手提電話號碼或地址，可登入網上報名系統，然後作出相應之修改。如欲更改報名表上之其他資料，請透過電郵（gradschool@um.edu.mo）或傳真（+8538822 2327）提交有關之申請。有關入學申請之查詢，請聯絡本校研究生院。 電話：（+853）8822 4898 傳真：（+853）8822 2327 電子郵件：gradschool@um.edu.mo 地址：中國澳門氹仔大學大馬路澳門大學，N6行政樓，G001室。
