2014年的考研英语已经拉下帷幕，今年的题目又是杀广大考生一个措手不及。但是，仔细分析之后，尊老爱幼、家人之间的相互扶持，其实就是对2005年"养老足球赛"的延续，区别在于立意的角度不同而已。即2005年是负面话题，今年是正面话题。
至于英语二的城市化问题，考察的图表也是经典的柱状图，一上升一下降，体现了城市化进程的加快。
两篇小作文的信件写作，考察是常规的建议信，一篇是给校长写一份关于提高大学生身体健康的信件，一篇是写一封给在美国准室友的信函。前者关于大学生提高身体健康的信件，在预测的大作文"过劳死"的结尾段提出的几点建议措施就可以直接运用到这一封建议信中。后者实际上是基础、强化、冲刺、预测班反复强调的一类信函，出国求学信的一个变通，考试考查的是给未来室友聊聊关于住宿爱好之类的，这个在出国求学信中都有详细提及。
小作文不再赘述，以下仅就两篇难度大分值大的大作文进行解析。
【英语一】漫画作文"相携"，30年前母亲大手牵小手，母亲牵着自己成长;30年后的今天，子女搀扶着年迈的母亲。
这篇看似简单的两代关系的漫画作文，看似简单，很多考生直接写成了2005年"养老足球赛"的反向话题，殊不知遗漏了漫画的一半重点。试想，如果这篇文章只是需要写作"关爱老年人"，那还要左边图中大手牵小手的30年前的场景何用?如果只是写对老年人的关心，那题目怎么会是"相携"?所以，在描述图画的时候需要描述出两幅图画的关系，在主题词主题句的写作表达上，也需要同时写出子女对父母的爱，父母对子女的爱。
这幅漫画写作中所涉及的一些重点词汇，如关爱老年人(care for the elderly),相互支持(being supportive)，中国传统美德(Chinese traditional virtue)，道德观(the value of morality)等等，这些词汇在我们强化班和冲刺班预测班都有提及。并且与预测班的"关爱陌生人"、"扶老年人"、避免"空巢老人"等主题基本一致。
中间段落的论据方式，可以用举例论证，比如说缇萦救父的案例;有的考生用了原因后果的论证方式也是可行的，比如说分析了父母养育之恩，所以我们现在要更加关爱他们，如果不这样做的话，很有可能造成社会上这种空巢老人的现象出现。
结尾段的写作主要是给出个人评论和建议憧憬。对于这种相携的社会现象，先评价这是一个正面话题。建议措施就应该是政府鼓励、媒体提倡、个人实际行动。只有这样，才可以憧憬一个更加美好的两代关系。
【英语二】城市化进程：城市人口增长和乡村人口的下降。从近几年的考题来看，今年的英语二图表还是相对简单的，只是单线变化的柱状图，整个图表与预测班讲义的第一幅图表变化几乎一致，甚至连年代变化都一致。
开头段直接描述图表，先整体趋势，接着分开描述两个柱状趋势，城镇人口的增长，乡村人口的减少。并且总结一下，"尽管数字看似孤立，但是实际上紧密联系"。
中间段分析这种变化的原因，按照原因的分析方法，内因找自身，大量的人口涌入城市，也许会因为自身觉得城市的环境、经济、教育等方面有吸引力。外因找社会，一方面是城市经济的快速发展、建设的突飞猛进，另一方面也可能是政府鼓励、支持人们到城市发展。
结尾段直接预测趋势，这种发展继续下去可能会越来越好。并且可以预估一下，这种快速发展的趋势在我看来不可逆转。
这篇文章的写作核心归根结底就是经济的发展所带来的一切。九十年代的考研题目就考察过城市生活好还是农村生活好，这个分析我们在精讲班就有一起分析过利弊。至于经济方面的发展，同学们可以完全把预测讲义的第一篇图表作文"归国潮"照搬过来，都是由于经济的吸引、政策的吸引。整个结尾段就可以完全把"归国潮"范文的结尾段照搬过来，只是把两个重复的"归国人员"这个单词替换成"城市人"或者"农民工"，整个第三段瞬间就可以直接写出来。

英语一："相携"
"No strings attached." This is the exact definition of love between parents and children, which is probably the most touching emotion. As is vividly shown in the pictures, there are two people, mother and her daughter, holding each other's hand tightly. In the first picture, a beautiful young mother was holding her daughter's little hand， with a warm smile on her face. Time has changed. As is illustrated in the second picture, thirty years later, the little girl has grown up and the mother has become elder. Yet they are still holding each other happily and tightly. Below the pictures, there is a topic which says, " Being supportive".
Without a doubt, the author's purpose is not the fact itself, but to show us what hides behind the picture: warm emotion between generation is of great importance, especially respecting and loving our aging parents, which can support us no matter hard the word around us becomes. I can think of no better examples than the epic story of the Chinese girl-warrior, Mulan, who disguises herself as a man to take the place of her elderly father in the army. A large number of stories like this tell us that caring for the aged parents is not only Chinese traditional virtue, but our fundamental responsibility as well. Furthermore, we are indebted to our parents for birth and growth. Without their loving care and unrelenting work, how could we have grown up healthily and successfully? We are supposed to show our warm love and take care of them without hesitation.
"Family love is mutual, silent, and everlasting." It is an old cliché, but I do agree with it. Therefore, what we should do is to show our pure and nature love to our dear family, especially our parents who raise us up. Meanwhile, mass media, such as radio, television, and Internet, should make every effort to propaganda and advocate this precious Chinese traditional virtue. Only in this way can we be worthy of the name of a Chinese.
英语二：城镇化进程
As is clearly illustrated in the bar chart, the number of rural and urban population varied at different rate during the past two decades. To be specific, from 1990 to 2010, the number of rural population increased sharply from 300 million to nearly 650 million. Meanwhile, the figures of urban population decreased steadily from above 840 million to around 670 million. Isolated as the figures seem to be, they are connected to one another closely.
This graph does mirror a not uncommon social phenomenon: rural workers flood into big cities. A number of factors might contribute to this tendency, but the following one might be the critical one. First and foremost, along with the development of big cites, the number of rural citizens has been soaring in the past years, which in turn contribute to the development of urbanization. In addition, the government has worked out a series of effective policies to attract rural citizens. For example, more highly praised job has been offered for them. Consequently, people in mounting numbers flood into modern cities.
In a word, this chart is a perfect index of China's fast expanding economy, especially the living quality in big cities, which attracted an expanding number of rural workers in recent decade. Meanwhile, it is reasonable for us to believe that the waves of rural citizens will definitely contribute to our nation's development.
