Medical Students' Postgraduate Examination Survey and Countermeasures

Abstract Objective： To analyze the current situation postgraduate medical students to understand the process of medical students in the remarks problems and propose appropriate countermeasures and suggestions. Methods： A random sampling of a medical school juniors and seniors a total of 300 student questionnaires and interviews， Excel 2003 and SPSS 13.0 using the data collected for statistical analysis. Results： The results of 294 valid questionnaires were recovered for analysis found that 77.5 percent of medical students more aware of the relevant circumstances PubMed； 73.0% of respondents believe that the current employment situation is not optimistic， and PubMed current situation and the desired level of employment and job closely related； among the 185 people in 294 select PubMed and PubMed or not there is no gender difference （P> 0.05）； most of the candidates will have to learn according to their interests and college majors to choose postgraduate professional qualifications and improve their ability to postgraduate medical students motivation in the first place， and the lack of willpower is most related to postgraduate candidates think the key to success. Conclusion： Under the influence of the employment situation is not optimistic， and many other factors， has become the preferred postgraduate medical students after graduation， but there are still many problems in its pro forma process， schools should be taken， such as the deployment of the pro forma period， PubMed achieve information sharing， strengthen professional guidance and other measures， the majority of candidates so as to provide a good atmosphere PubMed and policy support.Key words medical students； postgraduate examination； status； survey； suggestion
近年来，随着社会经济的快速发展，高等教育逐渐由精英教育向大众教育转型，我国的研究生教育也得到了迅速发展。据统计，研究生报考人数已经连续8年达百万人以上，连续三年以每年超过10万人的幅度增长。面对社会竞争的日益激烈和就业形势的不断严峻，报考医学类研究生的人数也日趋增多，医学生考研已成为一个热门话题。
