网研院普通招考博士生报名申请时间为2018年11月1日-11月30日。其他院系报名申请时间为2018年8月24日-9月7日，综合考核时间为2018年9月中下旬，院系如在九月完成招生计划将不再组织后期招生，部分院系九月如未完成招生计划将组织十一月报名。
