Being an Employee or Postgraduate after Graduation(工作还是考研)

As the day of graduation draws near,college students have to make decisions about their future life.Whether one wants to bee a postgraduate or look for a job largely depends on one's personal interests.

For those who are eager to bee economically independent and to put into practice what they have learned in college,taking a job will be both satisfying and rewarding.For years,they have been using their parents' money to support their education-and not without a sense of guilt.Moreover,at many times during their study,they must have been embarrassed by the lack of money or the guilty feeling of spengding their parents' money on “luxuries”.Getting established as a bread-winner after graduation is their main desire.

Those,who want to take advantage of the favorable conditions in college,however,will try to enroll in graduate programs.For them,a Master's degree or even a Doctoral degree represents a much more ambitious goal than a bachelor's degree.In the same way,their lifetime success and interest lies more in academic achievements than in making money.

As far as I am concerned,getting a higher degree has long been my dream.This is based on my belief that I should do more research and learn more while I am still young.

The problem of employment for college students has recently attracted attention and has aroused extensive attention. Some students think they should continue studies to further enhance their knowledge. There are some that should be in employment in body temper themselves, to enhance the ability to work and social experience. They are from their own understanding and perspective of the decision are in fact correct. In my opinion is the best suited to their own, the basis for judging their own. I am more into the munity to hone their esteem, because most of us eventually have to put in the work of munity and create social value. So I think the early work is good！对于大学生就业的问题最近引人注目，并已引起社会的广泛关注。

一些大学生认为应该继续深造，进一步提高自己的知识面。

还有部分认为，应该就业在身会中锤炼自己，增强工作能力和社会经历。

他们都从自己的理解和角度作出决定，其实都是正确的。

在我看来适合自己的就是更好的，以自己为判断依据。

我比较推崇进入社会进行磨练，因为我们大部分人最终都要投入社会进行工作，创造社会价值。

所以我认为早日工作比较好

如果家里有条件的话，建议还是继续深造。

因为现在特定的环境下，金融危机下很多大中型的中国本土企业或是合资企业开始裁员或是强制减少工作日从而降低所需付的工资，再加之目前所需的岗位和现实毕业生相脱离的现象也凸显的更加严重。

现在像我们很多已经参加工作有几年的人，才体会到自己停留在某一个工作环境中想要让自己的工作环境和水准提升都要靠这块敲门砖。

所以当你真正走出校园迈向一个全新的工作环境你不一定能去很好的适应的了。

低层的工作环境是必经的，更何况现在这个平台实在是太小了，可以说是这个非常时期起着很大的作用。

也有人说考研是为了逃避竞争激烈的就业压力，所以才选择了这条路，当几年的研究生毕业后又要面临的择业的选择是有可能又是一次在就业与失业的门槛处徘徊。

之所以这么说是想楼主你能够明白考研的意义所在，考研也是一条路，虽然考出来还会有遍地研究生的感觉，但是你的起点已经高了，不存在和绝大多数人去竞争一个也许你并不太满意的岗位的情况，因为那仅仅是一份普普通通的小职员的工作而已！同时也要摆正心态，一旦决定要考研的话，就一定要在考之前给自己的今后做个定位，这样才能在你人生的又一个十字路口上做出抉择！以免读出来后又是一片迷茫，迷茫的是自己该找怎样的工作，论学历也不算低了，论工资低了也接受不了，还是一个心态问题。

对于你的学历和能力来说你一定要有自信，只是你要看看你的专业和什么要的工作岗位对口，以及各相关职业对自身的发展哪个潜力更大。

而不是简简单单还停留在大学毕业时的想法，比如什么工作给的工资高就做什么工作？那就错了，刚毕业是不会有太高的工资，这就是对所有毕业生要一视同仁。

所以建议楼主如果想试试的话，可以在假期找份工作，如果有自己认为合适的就先去尝试一下，因为毕竟刚毕业对工作的环境还是有新鲜感的，如果你觉得干中学到的很多并乐此不疲的话，那你就可以继续坚持，然后当自己觉得什么都熟悉了尝试去学你所需要的
