As there is extremely high demand for places on this degree programme, the University has established an application process with application rounds which recognises that different geographical areas complete and submit their applications at different times of the year. This process aims to ensure fairness and equity to applicants from all geographic regions.

1 October to 26 November 2023. All international applications submitted within these dates will be reviewed with no priority given to any geographic region. You will receive our decision on your application by 21 January 2024. Please note highly qualified applicants with, or on course for, a UK 1st or equivalent should expect to receive a decision on their application by 18 December 2023.

27 November 2023 to 28 January 2024. All international applications submitted within these dates will be reviewed with no priority given to any geographic region. You will receive our decision on your application by 18 March 2024.  Please note highly qualified applicants with, or on course for, a UK 1st or equivalent should expect to receive a decision on their application by 28 February 2024. 

29 January to 15 March 2024. Priority will be given to under-represented geographic regions. You will receive our decision on your application by 6 May 2024. Please note highly qualified applicants with, or on course for, a UK 1st or equivalent should expect to receive a decision on their application by 12 April 2024.

16 March to 1 May 2024. Priority will be given to under-represented geographic regions. You will receive our decision on your application by 14 June 2024. Please note highly qualified applicants with, or on course for, a UK 1st or equivalent should expect to receive a decision on their application by 29 May 2024.

2 May to 21 June 2024. Priority will be given to under-represented geographic regions. You will receive our decision on your application by 29 July 2024. Please note highly qualified applicants with, or on course for, a UK 1st or equivalent should expect to receive a decision on their application by 10 July 2024.

All international applications submitted by 28 January 2024 (application rounds 1 and 2) will be reviewed and processed normally with no priority given to any geographic region. From 29 January 2024, priority will be given to applications from geographic areas which have been unable to submit applications before that point.

As we receive a great number of applications, prospective students are only allowed to apply once per year.

Applications for September 2024 entry are now closed. Applications for September 2025 entry will open in October 2024.
