世界处于发展变化之中，英语语言本也不断呈现新的形式。当然了，这是毋庸置疑的。

【1】Transition is the process in which something changes from one state to another.

【2】is itself taking： 此短语为现在进行时态，翻译成汉语应该加词“不断”。

【3】has always been true： 翻译为“这一直是真的”很白话，不如用一个四字成语来表达，简炼地道，而且文雅。

【4】 substantially：（1）If something changes substantially or is substantially different, it changes a lot or is very different. 非常地;巨大地

（2）If you say that something is substantially correct or unchanged, you mean that it is mostly correct or mostly unchanged. 基本上;大体上;总的来说

此句选择（2）中的释义。

【5】此句较长，翻译成汉语时，可以根据汉语的行文习惯，把英语的长句拆译为汉语的短句；利用汉语喜欢重复的特点，再用加译词的方法，把话说清楚。
