近十年我国研究生就业的研究热点及发展趋势——基于CiteSpace的图谱分析Research Hotspots and Development Trends of Graduate Employment in the Last Decade—Based on CiteSpace’s Tupu Analysis DOI: 10.12677/AE.2022.1212855, PDF, HTML,XML, 被引量 下载:494 浏览:1,212 科研立项经费支持作者: 尚晶晶, 程家宁, 胡洪强*：伊犁师范大学中国语言文学学院，新疆 伊宁 关键词: 研究生；就业；可视化分析；Graduate Students； Employment； Visual Analysis 摘要: 以“研究生就业”为关键词对中国知网(CNKI)数据库进行检索，搜集到2012~2022年有关“研究生就业”文献数据，共315篇。以此315篇文献为研究对象，利用CiteSpace软件对我国“研究生就业”出现的关键词进行可视化分析，发现：其一，近十年我国研究生就业研究现状为：发文作者多为独立作者，合作网络密度一般，合作关系建立的时间较短；载文期刊以研究生教育的专业性权威期刊为主，综合性教育类权威期刊较少。其二，近十年研究生就业的研究聚焦于三大主题：研究生就业心理研究、研究生就业取向与期望研究、研究生就业现状及对策研究。其三，未来我国研究生就业研究的发展趋势为：从研究者来看，应重视研究中的合作与交流，推动核心作者的引领带动作用；从研究内容来看，研究生就业问题和影响分析仍成为今后的研究热点；从研究对象来看，应聚焦医学和体育硕士的基层就业。 Abstract: By searching the database of China National Knowledge Network (CNKI) with the keyword of “graduate employment”, a total of 315 articles on “graduate employment” were collected from 2012 to 2022. With 315 literatures as the research object, CiteSpace software was used to make a visual analysis of the keywords of “graduate employment” in China. The findings are as follows: first, the status quo of graduate employment research in the past decade is: most of the authors are independent authors, the density of cooperative network is general, and the establishment of cooperative relationship is short; the main journals are professional authoritative journals of graduate education, and few are authoritative journals of comprehensive education. Secondly, the research of graduate employment in recent ten years focuses on three major topics: graduate employment psychology research, graduate employment orientation and expectation research, graduate employment status and countermeasures research. Third, the development trend of graduate em-ployment research in the future is: from the perspective of the researcher, we should attach importance to the cooperation and exchange in the research, promote the leading role of core authors; from the point of view of the research content, the graduate employment problem and its impact analysis are still becoming the research hotspot in the future. 高校毕业生数量屡创历史新高，稳就业也成了事关社会发展的重要研究课题。2020年2月25日，国务院总理李克强主持召开国务院常务会议，聚焦“稳就业”议题，特别是针对高校毕业生等重点群体就业，会议提出扩大今年硕士研究生招生和专升本规模。随着研究生扩招，研究生就业成为了学者们广泛关注的话题，并已经取得了相应的研究成果。基于此，本研究运用CiteSpace软件对2012~2022年关于我国“研究生就业”研究的相关文献进行文献计量统计，旨在探索近十年我国“研究生就业”研究的现状、当前热点及其发展趋势，进而为学术界更加深入地了解我国研究生就业领域的研究概况，为未来研究生就业研究的深化提供参考与借鉴。
