探究公共科目考试对上海住院医师规范化培训质量的促进作用

摘 要：作为质控考核体系的重要一环，自试点工作开展以来，上海住培管理部门高度重视公共科目考试，通过设定其为参加结业考核的必要条件、丰富教材内容、做好疫情防控常态化下的考评组织工作等“一揽子”工作机制，为提高住培教育工作质量和住院医师整体素养，发挥了重要促进作用。

Objective to explore the role of public subject examination in promoting the quality of standardized training for residents in Shanghai

Abstract:  As an important part of the quality control assessment system, since the pilot work was carried out, Shanghai housing and training management department has attached great importance to the public subject examination. By setting it as a necessary condition for the completion of the examination, enriching the content of teaching materials, and doing a good job in the evaluation organization under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, the "package" work mechanism has been established to improve the quality of housing and training education and the overall quality of residents And played an important role in promoting the development of the industry.

自2010年，上海率先开启试行住院医师规范化培训（以下简称“住培”）以来，探索建立了全市性公共平台上“统一标准、统一考核”的住院医师规范化培训制度，涵盖组合管理、政策法规、质控考核、支持保障四大体系，并在住院医师人事分配制度和住院医师培训与临床医学硕士专业学位教育相结合方面取得突破，受到国家卫健委、教育部的高度肯定，
