请问不同学校，考研某一门课程的的考研科目代码相同，是不是意味着这两个学校的考纲是相同的

我考的434，国际商务硕士，今年教育部新出的专业硕士。我搜了很多招生这个专业的单位的通知，参考书目都是统一的教育部给的《国际商务专业基础》考试科目命题意见。各个学校是在这个基础之上命题的。基本上近年的专业硕士不是在某个专业改变而来就是新增的，所以，招生的原专业或者招生的学院的真题等等可以拿来参考参考。我的就是企业管理改变过来的。总而言之，考试的主题是一样的，题目难易就肯定不同了。
