参加工作面试，被问是否考研应该怎样回答

从人事的角度回答你：考研的学生我们不会要的。
你已经报名了，对吧？不管公司要不要你，你都会参加考试的，反正也是周六
所以，你过了，就拍拍屁股走了
没过，就老老实实上班。
要看公司了，如果是招聘长期的员工，肯定不会要
除非你特别优秀，或者公司本身也不打算培养你，你的职位也没什么发展空间，公司也不在乎这个职位的离职率，那么会要你。
还有，人事习惯了从职业规划的角度想问题，你没有做好自己的规划，就过来找工作，也会被减分的。
第三，你边考研边工作，必然会影响工作效率，还是不会录用。
所以，除非这个职位非你不可了，不然我们是不会要你的。
我劝你，要是想全职工作，就不要考研了，要是考研就干脆找个兼职的。因为你上班了其实很难保证学习时间的，到时候两头都落空。
作为HR，我不没法教你怎么回答，找工作也要讲诚信么，对吧？但是你说了实话，恐怕很难被录取

　　考研面试一般分为三个面试：英语口语面试，专业面试和综合面试。
　　1，综合面试，就是想了解你这个人的大学学习情况，综合面试说白了就是聊天扯淡，和老师唠唠家常，所占分数也最低，

今年考研初试分数出来了，成绩一般，不知能不能进复试，我该怎么联系导师呢？

首先呢，你最好知道你的成绩在你考的专业里的排名，一般复试人数：录取人数为=1:1.2。这样就能算出来能不能进复试了，可以去打听一下你考的专业的比例。其次，如果能进复试，但又属于倒数的位置，又不是本校的学生考研，那一般刷下来的可能性很大。最后，可以考虑调剂，关注你报考的专业往年都有什么学校招收调剂的，要打电话给对方的研招办，有些会告诉你能不能通过调剂被录取的，这个要动作快，接受调剂的也有些很好的高校的，它们的复试比较早。
你说问不到排名，难道你是外校考研的？一般本校的去辅导员那里问都会知道的。辅导员有完整的信息表格。
联系导师时，说实话，你说什么不重要，因为老师一般都会告诉你，现在还没定下来，等定下来再说。会用比较官方的话回答你。如果你非要现在找导师，就问今年已经收了保研的有几个？大概还会收几个考研的？然后把你本科的情况跟老师说说。这些足够了。

我今年考研想调剂青岛理工大学机械专业，不知道复试怎样难不难，据说复试笔试考专业综合，

复试不难，但关键是你能够成功的调过来，也就是能够来参加复试。
我就是青岛理工大的在校研究生，复试很简单的，面试过程会测试口语，一般也就是个自我介绍和抽签一个题目，很坚定的。复试也有笔试，但很简单，大体看看书就行，一般是没有问题的。
